About the project

Currently, we are looking for an Administrator to join an established leader in the telecommunications industry with over 20 years of experience delivering turnkey services that keep homes and businesses connected across the UK. With more than 800 employees, the company values diversity and inclusion, actively supporting initiatives such as partnerships with the ex-military community and women in engineering. Continuous investment in people and technology has strengthened its ability to deliver for major clients including Virgin Media, Community Fibre, GigaClear, and Zayo. Guided by a right-first-time approach, the company continues to grow and welcomes motivated individuals to become part of its expanding team.
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to turn client requirements into dashboards and applications. You will work with the IT team and external partners, develop solutions in Power BI and Power Apps, support automation with Power Automate, and use SQL and Azure to optimize systems while ensuring clear documentation and accessible data.

Your duties

As an Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Providing crucial administrative support to colleagues as needed.
- Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Setting up user accounts and supporting systems and data processing.
- Maintaining highly organized filing systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Supporting the team with workflow optimization and operational processes.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of prior administrative experience
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized and proactive, with excellent time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to make good decisions, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible, positive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and a “can-do” attitude.


Nice to have:
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with system setup, user account management, and basic data processing.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within tech or professional services.
