About the project
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist & Content Manager for our key client — an international legal consulting firm that helps startups, fintechs, and SMEs expand globally through company registration, licensing, compliance, banking, and tax planning services.The company works with clients across Europe, the UAE, and the US, offering expert-driven, remote services in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the company’s online presence and brand growth across multiple platforms. You’ll develop and execute creative digital strategies, manage content, and ensure consistent communication that reflects the firm’s expertise and professionalism.
Your duties
As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the company’s digital content and marketing strategy.
- Creating engaging posts (texts, visuals, and videos) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Maintaining a consistent brand tone, voice, and visual identity.
- Planning and publishing content according to a monthly calendar.
- Managing both organic promotion and light paid ad campaigns when needed.
- Tracking performance metrics and recommending improvements based on analytics.
- Coordinating future newsletter and email marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating directly with the CEO to align marketing activities with business goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media content management.
- Excellent written communication in English (B2+);
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
- Knowledge of content strategy, storytelling, and visual branding.
- Confident use of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, preferably in legal, finance, or tech industries.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Russian is a plus
