About the project
We are looking for a Data Researcher (CRM & Marketing Support) for our key client, a leading incentive marketing company based in Munich, Germany. The company specializes in developing and delivering reward, voucher, and incentive solutions that strengthen customer loyalty, sales performance, and employee engagement.
As a Data Researcher, you will work directly with the CRM Manager within the marketing team to maintain and enhance data quality, ensuring that all information used for marketing and sales activities is accurate, up to date, and strategically valuable. Your work will play a vital role in supporting lead generation, customer relationship management, and overall marketing success.
Your duties
As a  Data Manager  you will be responsible for:
- Conduct data checks and analyses based on requests from marketing, sales, and management teams
Identify, verify, and clean data duplicates to maintain database integrity
- Continuously review existing contact information to ensure accuracy and relevance (e.g., job changes, insolvencies)
- Research and record relevant decision-maker contacts using digital tools and structured methods
Support marketing campaigns in lead generation, social selling, and direct marketing initiative
- Assist with time-critical evaluation and entry of leads for further processing by sales or service teams
- Build and update contact data pools to support marketing and outreach activities
- Execute ad hoc data analyses and prepare reports to answer business questions
- Collaborate closely with the CRM and marketing teams to enhance data-driven workflows and campaign targeting
Requirements
 - 1+ year of experience working with CRM systems or in data research, marketing operations, or administrative analytics
- Strong attention to detail and structured, self-organized working style
- Good understanding of CRM systems — their purpose, structure, and data optimization practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for marketing and sales insights
- Strong communication skills — able to collaborate with both marketing- and data-oriented stakeholders
- Proficiency in German (corporate working language) and good English skills
- Curious, open to learning, and motivated to grow in a data and marketing environment
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of company structures and key decision-maker roles
- Familiarity with data tools or business systems such as ERP, ATS, or HRM
-  Interest in or exposure to the incentive or marketing industry
