About the project

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist for our key client — an international legal consulting firm that helps startups, fintechs, and SMEs expand globally through company registration, licensing, compliance, banking, and tax planning services.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and growing the client base through outbound and partnership-driven lead generation. You will identify new opportunities, manage and qualify leads, and coordinate with the CEO during deal negotiations. The role also includes selecting and implementing a CRM system to optimize sales activities.
This position offers strong growth potential for a proactive individual looking to contribute directly to business expansion and develop into a senior commercial position.

Your duties

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

- Identify and contact potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and partnerships.
- Manage both inbound and outbound leads through a CRM system.
- Qualify prospects and schedule calls with the CEO for deal closing.
- Build and maintain a consistent international lead pipeline.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, consultants, and referrers.
- Track outreach metrics and continuously optimize the sales process.
- Participate in closing calls to gain insights and strengthen negotiation skills.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and performance updates.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
- Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and relationship building.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or readiness to choose and implement one.
- Understanding of consulting, legal, financial, or professional services.
- Ability to create and manage sales pipelines and track performance data.
- Experience preparing proposals, commercial offers, or partnership documents.
- Confident use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.

Nice to have:

- Experience in consulting, legal, fintech, or professional services.
- Knowledge of international markets and cross-border partnerships.
- Experience in CRM setup or optimization.
- Familiarity with Russian is a plus.
