Your duties
As a Workspace Manager, you will be:
- Welcoming and directing visitors to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handling incoming communications (emails, calls, social media) and forwarding to the right person.
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages; maintaining an organized reception area.
- Monitoring and restocking supplies; overseeing office equipment maintenance and reporting.
- Collaborating with the events team for co-working events and networking opportunities.
- Assisting with admin tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying).
- Managing bookings for meeting rooms and shared spaces.
- Onboarding new office members.
- Providing member assistance and addressing concerns.
- Coordinating with cleaning staff, Craftsmen, and plant caretakers to maintain a tidy workspace.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office and printers.
- Positive "can do" attitude.
- English level upper intermediate (B2) is a must.
