About the project

Currently, we are looking for a System Analyst to join an established leader in the telecommunications industry with over 20 years of experience delivering turnkey services that keep homes and businesses connected across the UK. We are looking for a Systems Analyst to convert business requirements into functional dashboards and applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with the IT & Systems team and collaborate with external partners to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.

Your duties

As a System Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards using diverse data sources
- Build and support Power Apps and automation workflows in Power Automate
- Work alongside a collaborative systems team to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain existing solutions while contributing to new design and innovation
- Write clear documentation for technical functionality and usage
- Translate user stories into efficient and practical data products
- Support troubleshooting, testing, and quality improvement
- Communicate efficiently with stakeholders and project teams


Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical role
- Proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and building dashboards
- Strong SQL skills — capable of writing queries and with basic knowledge of optimization, stored procedures, and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (maintenance + basic development)
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based environments
- Competent problem-solver with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and presentations
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.



Nice to have:

- API integration experience
- Basic analytical/automation knowledge using Python or Advanced Excel
- Experience designing new Power Platform solutions from scratch
