About the project
Currently, we are looking for an iOS Developer for our key client, a cutting-edge technology company specializing in AI-powered usability testing that helps organizations understand user emotions to improve digital products. They are currently focused on enhancing and rebuilding their iOS video calling application to support real-time emotion analysis during usability tests. The company is known for its innovation in user research, technical excellence, and commitment to delivering intelligent, user-centric solutions that transform the way digital experiences are designed and optimized.
We are looking for an iOS Developer to integrate socket connections for task handling from the API service, enable simultaneous front camera activation and screen sharing, and implement general improvements to app performance and user experience. The role also involves close collaboration with the Android team to ensure feature parity and preparing the application for publication on the App Store.
Your duties
As an IOS Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining the iOS version of the video calling app.
- Integrating socket connections for task reception from the API.
- Implementing features allowing simultaneous front camera use and screen sharing.
- Collaborating with the Android development team to align features and performance.
- Optimizing app performance and user experience.
- Preparing the app for deployment and managing the App Store submission process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in iOS development
- Proficiency in Swift
- Experience with real-time communication protocols and socket integration
- Knowledge of AVFoundation for camera and screen sharing functionalities
- Strong understanding of app performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- English language Upper Intermediate (B2) is a must.
