About the project

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join the Gegidze Agency Marketing team. This role combines content creation, platform expertise, and strategic thinking. You’ll shape and execute content strategies that bring our brand voice to life while connecting with and growing our audience across all major platforms.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop and deliver impactful content, ensuring every post, story, and campaign reflects our brand identity. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas to the table, understands the nuances of each platform, and can turn concepts into highly engaging, shareable content.

Your duties

As a Senior Content Strategist, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing the social media content team, including writers, designers, and video editors.
- Overseeing the full creative output and ensuring it aligns with brand voice and quality standards.
- Setting the visual tone and creative direction across all social platforms.
- Reviewing and refining content (designs, captions, videos) for clarity, tone, and brand alignment.
- Brainstorming and developing new content formats that push the brand forward.
- Building systems and templates for scalable, high-quality content production.
- Staying current on design trends, platform updates, pop culture, and competitor content.
- Owning the full content pipeline from ideation to publishing.
- Providing constructive feedback to help team members grow.
- Collaborating with SEO, sales, and other teams to align content with business goals.
- Analyzing content performance and iterating based on data and audience behavior.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in leading a content or social media team.
- Proven experience working within a marketing, digital, or advertising agency environment is a must. Applications without agency experience will not be considered.
- Confident in reviewing copy and ensuring message and visuals work together.
- Strong editorial and visual storytelling skills.
- Confident in giving and receiving feedback.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Creative thinker with a strategic mind and sharp attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with a bias for action.
- English language Upper intermediate (B2) is a must.
