We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of an AI-driven marketing and brand management platform. The role combines strong technical understanding with structured project delivery, bridging the gap between engineering and business teams.
You will oversee multiple projects within one core product ecosystem, ensuring smooth execution, alignment across teams, and timely delivery. This position is ideal for someone with a solid grasp of software architecture, APIs, and AI/ML applications who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with a project team of 3–5 developers (with potential for expansion) and report directly to product leadership.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects within the AI-driven marketing and brand management platform
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables for development teams
- Coordinate and communicate across engineering, design, and product stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, execution, timelines, risk assessment, and reporting
- Facilitate technical discussions — ensuring understanding of architecture, APIs, and system integration point
- Maintain strong communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Support product roadmap prioritization and sprint planning in collaboration with leadership
- Identify and remove blockers, ensuring teams deliver efficiently and on schedule
- Track project KPIs and provide transparent updates to stakeholders
요구 사항
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing software development projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and integration workflows
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in digital platforms
- Excellent organizational and delivery management skill
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Nice to Have:
- Background in SaaS, marketing technology, or AI-driven product environments
- Technical background (e.g., software engineering, computer science)
- Experience working in distributed or cross-functional teams
