Currently, we are looking for a German-speaking Virtual Assistant to join a young, digital-first e-commerce startup on a mission to help households take control of their energy supply through smart, affordable, and easy-to-install solutions for energy generation, storage, and optimization. Based in Germany and operating remotely, the company focuses on the DACH market, offering products such as balcony power plants, battery power systems, DIY solar systems, heat pumps, air conditioners, and dynamic electricity tariffs. Combining hardware, software, and energy trading, the company emphasizes technological openness, transparency, and user-centricity, while fostering a pragmatic, data-driven, and hands-on work culture where every team member can actively contribute.
We are looking for a German speaking Virtual Assistant to support daily business and personal operations for a hands-on entrepreneur. You will own and execute key projects from idea to result, manage workflows with freelancers and partners, build SOPs and dashboards, handle administrative tasks, support hiring processes, and optimize operations.

As a German-speaking Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Owning and executing key projects across business and personal life – from idea to result.
- Coordinating freelancers, partners, and service providers to keep workflows running smoothly.
- Building and maintaining SOPs, dashboards, and automation to scale operations.
- Managing private tasks (appointment setting, bookings, organization, research, etc.).
- Supporting hiring processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Pulling your own tasks and being fully responsible for them.
- Handling ad hoc tasks with precision and full accountability – no micromanagement needed.
- Proactively identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements before being asked.
- Keeping the founder informed through clear updates, smart prioritization, and tight reporting.
Optional (based on your strengths):
- Supporting marketing efforts (SEO, analytics, paid ads).
- Implementing technical processes (Zapier/Make, AI workflows).
- Managing light client-facing communication (follow-ups, call prep, project summaries).
요구 사항
- 3+ years of experience working directly with founders or entrepreneurs.
- Proven results in managing projects, operations, or marketing execution.
- Proficiency with tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Experience with automation and workflow tools like Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
- Reliable availability during core working hours (9–17 CET), with occasional weekend availability as needed.
- Reliable internet connection, own laptop, and professional work setup.
- German language Upper Intermediate (B2) is a must.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan, prioritize, and improve; turning vague inputs into structured execution.
- Ownership Mentality: Focused on outcomes rather than instructions.
- Project Management: Skilled at managing multiple workflows, people, and deadlines.
- Strong Communication: Clear written communication and asynchronous updates are second nature.
- Emotional Stability: Calm, precise, and clear-headed, even under pressure.
- Professional Presence: Capable of handling client calls, presentations, and difficult conversations.
- Process-Oriented: Able to build, optimize, and maintain SOPs, not just follow them.
Nice to have:
- Experience in remote, async, or startup environments is preferred.
- References from 6-/7-figure entrepreneurs or documented case studies are a bonus.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, Meta Ads, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMRush is nice to have.
