We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our key client — an innovative company building an AI-driven marketing and brand management platform. The project is currently in the early active development stage, evolving from initial prototypes into a scalable production environment.
In this role, you will collaborate within a small, integrated engineering team, working across frontend, backend, and AI components. You’ll help build structured pipelines for content generation, integrate with major LLM APIs, and design dynamic user interfaces based on custom dashboards.
This position is ideal for someone with strong full-stack expertise, solid AI integration experience, and a passion for delivering intelligent, user-focused applications.

As a Full Stack Developer , you will :
- Develop, optimize, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the AI-driven platform
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate external AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI and others)
- Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and AI engineers to design seamless user experiences
- Build custom dashboards using React/Next.js based on provided Figma mockups
- Design and implement backend logic using Python (Flask or FastAPI) and Node.js where applicable
- Develop and maintain data models using PostgreSQL
- Participate in setting up and managing infrastructure and DevOps pipelines during the early stages
- Contribute to building structured AI pipelines and prompt engineering for automated content generation
- Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the platform through best coding practices
- Collaborate with designers to ensure pixel-perfect UI/UX implementation
요구 사항
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in Python (Flask or FastAPI) and Node.js
- Solid experience with React/Next.js for frontend development
- Proven experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Understanding of AI pipeline development, including content generation and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with infrastructure and DevOps setups (Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms)
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong grasp of UI/UX implementation principles and ability to translate Figma mockups into production-ready designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small, agile team
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firestore)
- Previous experience in early-stage startup or AI SaaS environments
