Currently, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join a leading fintech technology company with over 17 years of experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions. Headquartered in Poznań, by the picturesque Malta Lake, the company specializes in creating cutting-edge services in areas such as blockchain, online payments, and other financial technologies.
We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Developer, who will join an experienced and agile team working on a long-running, backend-intensive platform that has just entered production but continues to evolve in an MVP-driven development phase. The project has ambitious growth plans, including blockchain integration. In this role, you will own and evolve backend components, shape architecture and tech strategy, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business needs.delivery of high-quality solutions that power the next generation of fintech innovation.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Owning and evolving backend components of the platform.
- Driving architectural decisions and tech stack discussions.
- Delivering production-grade increments each sprint.
- Consulting regularly with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business needs.
- Supporting the long-term evolution of the platform, including future blockchain integration.
- Learning and gaining certification as a HyperLedger Fabric Certified Practitioner.
요구 사항
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, ideally with .NET.
- Familiarity with PL/pgSQL or other PostgreSQL procedural programming.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based workflows.
- Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Experience working in agile/sprint-based environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ideally written in Starlark or similar.
- Ability to develop services in Golang, TypeScript, Rust, and C#.
- Solid understanding of microservice architectures.
- Ability to propose architecture and tech stack solutions based on business constraints.
- Comfortable working closely with a Product Owner and Delivery Manager.
- English language Upper Intermediate (B2) is a must
Nice to have:
- Experience working with or integrating blockchain technologies.
- Exposure to infrastructure tools like Jsonnet or Starlark.
- Awareness of frontend and end-to-end testing for full-cycle collaboration.
