We are currently seeking a motivated Tech Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role specializes in identifying and attracting top tech and non-technical talent for leading companies across various industries. The ideal candidate will manage the entire candidate sourcing process, utilizing diverse strategies to find potential candidates across multiple platforms. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-quality talent pool for current and future job openings, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating closely with the recruitment team. Your duties
As a Tech Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end sourcing process for both tech and non-tech positions.
- Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and tools—including LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platform to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Creating and maintaining candidate pools to support current hiring needs and future workforce planning.
- Overseeing database and ATS management to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent strategies.
- Supporting assessments and screening video calls in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Participating in OKR-driven process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance sourcing effectiveness.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed to fulfil the responsibilities of the role
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Lite and other online sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
- Strong understanding of both tech and non-tech roles, including industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and database management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research on market and salary trends.
- English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must.
