About the project

We are seeking a skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team. This role focuses on managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions with leading global companies. From sourcing and interviewing to guiding candidates through offers, you will play a key role in building high-performing tech teams.

You will work closely with hiring managers and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and an outstanding candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing agency dedicated to bridging exceptional talent with world-class companies.

Your duties

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle:

- Partner with clients and hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies.
- Source top tech and non-tech talents using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels.
- Run structured screenings and interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the process from first touch to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of tech professionals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
- Staying up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to advise both candidates and clients effectively.
- Participating in OKR-driven process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

- 4+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle Recruitment, with strong focus on both tech and non-tech roles.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and experience with various sourcing channels.
- Strong knowledge of technical positions and industry-specific requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and candidate database management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- English language Advance (C1) is a must.

Nice to have:

- German language at least Upper intermediate (B2) Level.
