Currently, we are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer for our key client, a fast-growing, innovation-driven company based in Switzerland. Focused on building digital products and automation systems that improve people’s lives, the company is expanding its technical capabilities to support its internal platforms, APIs, and tools. We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer passionate about UX and accessibility to build modern, high-quality interfaces. You’ll work closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, accessible solutions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in developing user-facing features using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React.
- Supporting backend development tasks using Node.js and exploring frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
- Collaborating with team members to build and maintain Single Page Applications with clean UI and structured state management.
- Learning and applying Clean Code principles such as DRY and KISS in everyday coding practices.
- Integrating and consuming RESTful APIs to create dynamic, data-driven applications.
- Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and small-scale project contributions under mentorship.
- Experimenting with tools like Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows to understand modern DevOps practices.
- Contributing to a team-oriented development process by communicating proactively and asking for feedback.
요구 사항
- Initial experience with JavaScript in frontend (e.g., React) and backend (Node.js).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
- Interest in building Single Page Applications using React.
- Willingness to learn TypeScript, component structures, and state management.
- First exposure to RESTful APIs and understanding of data-driven architectures.
- Motivation to explore Express, NestJS, and clean backend patterns.
- Openness to Clean Code principles like DRY, KISS, and structured development.
- Curiosity about automated testing and deployment practices.
- Interest in Docker, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.
- Desire to use AI tools thoughtfully as an assistant, not as a shortcut.
- English language Upper intermediate (B2) is a must.
