About the project
Currently, we are looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager to join a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in online sales of products for home and living, with a primary focus on Amazon marketplaces and plans to expand to other online platforms. Our internationally distributed team, spanning from East Asia to Europe, works seamlessly across time zones using modern co-working tools, enabling effective remote collaboration. This role involves supporting daily operational tasks, including maintaining product listing pages, managing inventory and logistics processes, and handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Your duties
As a Marketplace Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring product listings on Amazon.
- Supporting the management of inventory and creating FBA shipments to ensure the availability of FBA SKUs.
- Supporting the expansion on other online platforms, including uploading listings, preparing inventory and logistics through JTL, and performing daily monitoring and maintenance of listings.
- Performing daily administrative tasks, including archiving invoices, following up on shipments and payments, and handling other related duties.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of working experience with marketplace operations on Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms (including bulk uploads via flat file).
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Demonstrating an honest and loyal team player mentality.
- English language Upper Intermediate (B2) is a must
Nice to have:
- Ideally with some experience using JTL and Canva/Photoshop.
- German language skills are considered a nice-to-have.
