About the project
We’re looking for someone to completely own social media at Gegidze Group (Gegidze & Team Up), one of Georgia’s leading consultancies in international tax, global business setup, and remote hiring.
This isn’t just a “strategy-only” or “doing-only” role - it’s both. You’ll create videos, carousels, posts, and help build the personal brands of our experts. You’ll also run the full strategy: managing calendars, tracking performance, and helping us grow internationally.

Your duties
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop a clear social media content strategy for Gegidze brands
- Plan content by platform, including videos, carousels, reels, static posts, etc.
- Align content with brand goals, campaign timelines, and audience needs
- Define content pillars, posting schedules, and KPIs to measure growth and engagement
Content Creation & Execution:
- Translate strategy into engaging content, from concept to publishing
- Shoot and edit videos across formats
- Write compelling copy tailored to each platform, for both organic and paid campaigns
- Manage the publishing workflow across all channels
- Monitor content performance, report on key metrics, and adjust based on results
- Stay on top of social trends and competitors to keep content relevant and ahead
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management and content strategy with proven results
- Hands-on with B2B content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Comfortable managing the full content cycle: ideation, creation, posting, analysis, and improvement
- Strong copywriting skills, able to turn complex topics into clear, engaging posts
- Confident in video planning, scripting, and editing
- Experienced in competitor research and data-driven decision making
- Proactive, curious, with "can do" attitude
- English language at least Upper Intermediate (B2) is a must
