About the project

We’re currently hiring a Recruitment Team Intern to join our internal team at Team Up. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about recruitment and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting clients across a diverse range of roles — from tech to operations — while learning how recruitment functions in real-world, cross-functional settings. If you're curious about how hiring works at scale and want to build practical skills in talent sourcing, communication, and systems management, this role offers a strong foundation for growth in the field of HR and beyond.

Your duties

As a Recruitment Team Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting initial screening of incoming resumes and candidate applications.
- Maintaining and updating candidate profiles within our Applicant Tracking System (ClickUp), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Managing ongoing communication with candidates to verify and enhance profile information as needed.
- Supporting the development and upkeep of our Talent Pool by organizing data, updating visuals, and ensuring consistency across records.
- Monitoring and responding to candidate inquiries received via LinkedIn, Facebook, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating and improving candidate lifecycle processes.
- Write clear, structured, and engaging job descriptions based on input from clients or the internal team.
- Develop Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs) for each open role, aligning with job requirements and company expectations.
- Publish job openings across all relevant channels, including our website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Requirements

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Genuine interest in HR, recruitment, and the tech and digital landscape.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR and beyond, with a proactive and curious mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to independently make decisions and effectively solve complex problems.
- English language Upper intermediate (B2) is a must.

Nice to have:

- Completion of HR, recruitment, or talent management-related coursework or certifications is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar tools is a plus.
