About the project
Currently, we are looking for a Product Assistant for our key client, a Germany-based company, to join a pioneering team in the geospatial data industry. By leveraging AI, mobile cameras, and blockchain technology, the company offers real-time dynamic mapping solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and predictive analytics in autonomous driving, smart cities, and mobility. Their products, including a mobile app and data monetization platform, allow users to collect real-world data and earn rewards, contributing to a decentralized geospatial intelligence network that powers the future of mobility.
We are looking for a Product Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in evaluating and proposing enhancements beyond technical issues.
Your duties
As a Product Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering and evaluating customer feedback, conducting primary and secondary market research, and integrating insights into product development.
- Assisting the senior product manager in product operations.
- Create user stories with concise specifications and acceptance criteria for the Development Team.
- Actively participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
- Identifying and documenting bugs, edge cases, and usability issues while providing actionable feedback.
- Thinking like an end-user to assess functionality and usability.
- Spotting issues that may confuse or hinder the user experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in market research, user interviews, and both secondary and primary research.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics and Excel.
- Skilled in evaluating and proposing improvements, including non-bug-related concerns.
- Creation of stories.
- English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Web3 or DePIN technology
- Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on manual testing.
- Proficiency in documenting tests, bugs, and outcomes effectively.
- Ability to understand and interpret user stories.
- Ability to create and execute holistic testing scenarios based on user stories.
- Ability to test in-vehicle environments, including setting up Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other smart device integrations.
- Experience with LLM / AI tools.
- Customer Service.
